- Gift Shop – Operates the gift shops at the Fred Kavli Theatre and the Scherr Forum.
- Membership – Maintains membership records, member dues and correspondence.
- Multimedia – Provides public relations liaison between the Friends and the community. Supports the Friends Web Page and the MuseLetter, a newsletter for the Friends.
- Office Angels – Assists by retrieving messages left on the Friends phone and referring them to the proper parties.
- Special Events – Develops and coordinates refreshments for special events and plans Cultural Tours as a benefit to the members.
- Tours – Conducts guided theatre tours.
- Ushers – Adult - Provides ushers for performances and events at the Fred Kavli Theatre and the Scherr Forum.
- Ushers – Youth - Provides opportunity for the youth of the community (14-18 year old senior high students) as part of their community service programs.
