Board/Commission/Committee summary notes are posted on the City website. This process can take up to a month depending on the frequency of the meeting schedule of the committee.  Approved minutes are posted in the City Clerk Department and are also scanned and stored on the City's Imaging System.  Minutes of recent meetings are available below (click on the date you wish to view).  For the archives of all Planning Commission Minutes, click here.
